At The Junior Tribe, we want you to love every purchase. If something isn't quite right, we'll do our best to make it right.
You can request a return or size exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible, the product should be:
- Unused, unworn and unwashed
- In its original packaging
- With all original tags attached
- Accompanied by your order confirmation or proof of purchase

Return Shipping
As we're a growing brand, we currently don't offer reverse pickup services.
You'll just need to arrange the return shipment to us. The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer and isn't refundable.
Size Exchanges
Need a different size?
No worries.
We're happy to help with size exchanges within 7 days, subject to stock availability.
You'll only need to cover the shipping charges for the exchange.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a few clear photos.
We'll review the issue and work with you to resolve it as quickly as possible.
Items That Can't Be Returned
To maintain the highest quality standards, we aren't able to accept returns for:
- Clearance or final sale products
- Combo or promotional offers
- Products that have been used, washed or altered
- Products without original tags or packaging
Free Shipping
We offer Free Shipping on orders above ₹999.
If you return an order that qualified for free shipping, the approved refund will be processed for the eligible returned item(s). Return shipping charges paid by the customer are not refundable.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we'll let you know the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a little longer for the amount to reflect in your account.
